Botheme Tablets

Composition:

Each tablet contains:

Aluminium Hydroxide Dried Gel (200mg.), Magnesium Hydroxide. (200mg.),

Simethicone (20mg.)

 

Actions:

Aluminium hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide react chemically to neutralise or buffer existing quantities of stomach acid. This action increases gastric pH, providing symptomatic relief of hyperacidity. Simethicone lowers surface tension and when administered by mouth causes bubbles of gas in the gastro-intestinal tract to coalesce, thus aiding their dispersion. It promotes the relief of flatulence and abdominal discomfort due to excess gastro-intestinal gas.

 

Indications:

Botheme Tablets are used Jot symptomatic relief of hyperacidity, acid indigestion， heartburn and gas.

 

Dosage:  

Usual adult dosage is one to two tablets to be chewed between meals and at bedtime, or as directed by a physician.

 

Contraindications:

It is contraindicated in patients who are severely debilitated or suffering from impaired renal function. This product should not be given to patients with appendicitis, hypophosphatemia, hypermagnesemia and alkalosis.

 

Store below 25 °C. Keep out of the reach of children.
