ROHTO Dry Eye Premium Eye Moisturizer

Directions for Use

•    Relief of 8 dry eyes symptoms such as dryness, itchiness, irritation, burning, grittiness, stinging, tiredness and low quality vision

•    Protect eyes from further irritation and intensively relieve dryness

•    For adults and children over 6 years old

•    Instill 1 to 2 drops to the affected eye(s) as needed

Stop usage and consult doctor or pharmacist immediately if below symptoms occurs:

1.     Below symptoms occur after usage: eye itchiness, bloodshot, swelling, searing pain; skin irritation, redness, itchiness

2.     If the symptoms persist after 2 weeks usage

Caution

Precautions for usage:

1.     Children over 6 years old should only use with adult supervision

2.     Avoid contacting the eye lid or eyelashes with the tip of the container to avoid contamination of content (eye secretion or dust) during use. Do not use contaminated product

3.     Keep hands clean before use

4.     Do not use when wearing contact lens. After applying the eye moisturizer, wait at least 15 to 20 minutes before putting on contact lens

5.     Use for eyes only. Do not use for other purposes, such as washing eyes and sterilizing contact lens

6.     Do not use if the transparent bag is damaged or missing before the first use

7.     Wait at least 5to10 minutes between the use of this product and other eye drops

8.     Do not use if you have an allergy to the ingredients of this product

9.     Do not leave eye moisturizer on skin to avoid itchiness and irritations

10.   Do not refer to instructions of other products
