Eye Drops        (Lubricating     and soothing dry eyes)

【Composition】

Each ml contains

Active : Dextran 70 1mg and Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose 3mg

Preservative : Benzalkonium Chloride 0.05mg

【Appearance】Colorless, transparent solution.

【Indications and Usage】

For the relief of dry eye syndromes associated with deficient tears secretion or deficient mucous secretion.

【Dosage and Administration】

Instill 1 or 2 drops into the eye(s) three times daily according to the need and condition of eye(s).

【Contraindications】

This product is contraindicated in persons sensitive to any of its components.

【Precautions】

General

If irritation persists, discontinue use.

Information for patients

To avoid contamination, do not touch tip of container to any surface.

Replace cap after using.

If you experience eye pain, changes in vision, continued redness or irritation of the eye, or it the condition worsens, or persists for more than 72 hours, discontinue use and consult a physician.

If solution changes color or becomes cloudy, do not use.

Remove soft contact lenses before using.

Keep this and all drugs out of the reach of children.

【Storage】

Store in a dry place and below 25 °c.

Keep container tightly closed.

Not to be used one month after opening. Protect from light.

In a dropped-tipped plastic squeeze bottle containing 10 ml.
