Method of usage ：
A. Swallow the softgel capsule, or
B. Chew the softgel capsule, or
C. Cut the tail and squeeze the fish oildirectly onto mouth or onto food.
Children 1 to 3 years old： take 1 capsule daily by using method C.
Children 3 to 12 years old： take 1 to 2 capsulcs daily.
Children over 12 years old & adults： take 2 to 3 capsules daily.
