Vitamin E : is one of the most important vitamin in the daily dietary intake. The primary role of vitamin E, a fat-soluble vitamin, is the prevention of oxidation of polyunsaturated fatty acids, Vitamin E reacts with free radicals which the caise of oxidative damage to cell membranes, without the formation of another free  radicals in the process. The major signs of vitamin E deficiency are development of myopathic and neurological disorders.
