Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid ) 500 mg, Rose Hips Power 130 mg.

Ascorbic Acid : is an antioxidant readily absorbed from the gastro-intestinal tract and is widely distributed in the body tissue. Ascorbic acid is essential for the synthesis pf collagen and intercellular matrial, the healing of wounds. Vitamin C deficiency leads to the development of a well-defined syndrome known as scurvy. This is characterized by bleeding, cartilage and bone lesions, and slow healing of wounds. Ascorbic acid , jght produce a reduction in severity of a cold but not in its incidence.

Rose Hips: Rose fruit is a rich source of ascorbic ad containing 3-4 times as much as black current and 10 times as much as orange juice. It is used in the form of a syrup as dietary supplement, particularly for children,
