PHENADERM Spray

INDICATIONS:

The following skin conditions will respond quickly: Athlete’s Foot (H.K. Foot), Ringworm, Tinea Versicolor.

METHOD OF USE:

Hold the bottle 6” from affected area and spray to the affected part 2 times daily. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.

CAUTION:

Do not spray to large area of the body and discontinue using if irritation occurs. The spray is flammable and should not be: used near a fire. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes，If the affected area is on the head, spray to cotton wool first and apply to affected area. Pregnancy should avoid using this medication.

Store in a cool, dry place, protect from light & keep away from open flame.
